BioAlign Care At Home helps a family look after an older relative living at home. A tablet and room sensors notice falls, track movement, sleep and routines, and keep the family informed. This policy explains what information the service collects, where it is kept, who can see it, and the choices you have.
BioAlign Care At Home is provided by KinovaAI LLC of Fresno, California ("we", "us"). This policy covers the BioAlign Care At Home tablet app, the family and senior apps, and the website at homelite.bioaligncare.com.
Each household's information is kept separately from every other household's. The table shows what we collect and where it is kept.

Live view. People you allow, such as family members or a virtual-sitter service you choose, can watch the tablet's camera live and talk through it. The video goes straight to their device and is not recorded by us. The tablet shows when someone is watching.
We use a small number of companies to help run the service. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
We keep your household's information while your account is open. To delete your account and your household's information, email [email protected] from the email address on the account. We delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as billing records. Fall clips on the tablet can be deleted at any time from the tablet's Settings.

California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will not treat you differently for using them. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 45 days.
BioAlign Care At Home is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
BioAlign Care At Home is a wellness and monitoring service. It is not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, call 911.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
